Paige brings a diverse background of both business and banking to her role as Office Administrator.  She began her career in the financial services industry in 1992 as an account processing specialist and customer service rep.  She also served as a bookkeeper for a manufacturing firm.  From 2005 through 2010, she developed her business knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur, securing both commercial and residential service accounts throughout Delaware.

In addition to supporting the daily operations at BIG, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband Joe and 3 children, Scott, Alexis and Stephen.  She is active in her church, Calvary Assembly of God, and she can often be found cheering for her sons on the ball field or golf course or sewing ribbons on her daughter’s dance shoes.  She and the children also enjoy attending the jazz performances of her husband Joe Baione.
